
Featuring all the updates of its larger brother, the BOW3512F is
suitable for a 125 mm diameter tunnel. This means the powerful
BOW3512F can be installed in even smaller boats. The flexible
rubber coupling eliminates motor vibrations and the new motor is
more energy efficient. To accommodate the flexible coupling, the
flange height will increase by 30 mm. Apertures in the flange
enable easy checking of the coupling. Last but not least, the
flange face will change from triangular to round, allowing the
motor to be rotated in steps of 90 degrees as opposed to the
current steps of 120 degrees, and creating uniformity in the entire
DC bow thruster range.
